Silo working occurs daily in any organisation. It is a factor of modern working life. However, when we operate in a system in which multi agency working is so important, there is a requirement for us to focus our learning and improvement activity on this pervasive problem.
How would it look to work in a system where practitioners have a clear picture of those in the wider network who may also be working towards a similar aim? And how would it change things if those practitioners had an improved vision of their critical role in the bigger picture?
There is a need for buy-in for cultural change, or at least an appetite for exchanging high level ideas in these reviews. An independent reviewer and partnership working together to bring all stakeholders on board can absolutely achieve these aims and create important transformations.
I am offering an opportunity to explore silo working with Nick Frost, Emeritus Professor at Leeds Beckett University. For this FREE virtual training opportunity, we are offering 90 minutes of experience, creative insights and plenty of opportunity for Q and A.
