Join me at my home in Solihull to develop your independent review practice
The natural next step once you've trained with me and found it's beneficial is to come and meet me in person at my home for the day. We will spend an entire day designed to develop your review practice in the company of likeminded individuals.
My mastermind days are for a small group of reviewers and review professionals (the number my dining table can comfortably accommodate) who want to spend the day working on their review practice. Expect to cover the challenges we are facing in reviews as well as strategies and ideas to develop our individual practice, including the making of applications and crafting our development plans. Everyone receives dedicated time to focus on their specific challenges.
You don't need to have a reason to come other than feeling drawn to the experience.
I have operated as an independent reviewer for over 13 years. I know what it takes to build a review practice and maintain it over the long term. I have encountered all of the obstacles that might stand in the way when it comes to developing your practice.
I would love to see you come to my house in 2025.
Not everyone sees the value in being in a mastermind day and that's fine.
But let me ask you this: when was the last time you really felt supported in your review practice? I mean really supported... by people who have been there before, who get the struggles you are going through in your reviews, or getting your review practice off the ground. People who have felt like you, overcome ether challenges you're facing and want you to succeed.

I create the environment for you to help you up level your review practice, overcome your challenges, see your blindspots and meet the right people. Being in this room can shift things for you very quickly indeed. There is always professionalism, integrity, kindness and support plus an amazing energy inside the space.
There is only one objective and that is for you to leave feeling differently about your reviews or beginning your review practice.
You will be required to take a whole day out of work and day to day life and embrace a complete change of scenery. This alone can create important reflection space, but that is just the start. I keep the group small to allow everyone to have dedicated time to work through their current challenges.
There is no need to prepare, the idea is you commit to creating time and space just for you to talk about the things that are important to you. We will uncover what you feel is stopping you growing and moving in the direction you desire. I will ask questions and give advice and support, share my resources and demonstrate the way I do things. I will ensure you get the most out of your time to talk.
