In order to create an environment for open learning, SILP reviews bring together 3 strands from various industries to offer Reviews with An Appreciative Focus.
My invitation to you is to me in this workshop series [FREE to members of Momentum] in which you can grow & develop yourself & your practice through practising appreciative inquiry techniques to use in reviews. It’s all offered in my online space for reviewers, offering connection & community with like minded individuals.
I am opening up a handful of spaces to join my online Momentum community for this special workshop series. It will act as a launchpad for so many reviewers to establish an appreciative focus within their review practice, making the most of the connection and community available within the group.

Included in the certification:
Session 1: 8th December 1.30pm - Strengths Focus in Reviews (45 minutes)
Session 2: 21st January 1.30pm - Strengths Focused Terms of Reference (45 minutes)
Session 3: 4th February 1.30pm - Strengths Focused Questions for Learning Events (60 minutes)
At the end of the 3 sessions you are invited to complete a short assignment to achieve the certification.
