I’m creating space for 5 inspirational review professionals or independent reviewers who are ready to uplevel their review practice in 2023.
I am an ex Head of Law, independent reviewer & CEO & Founder of Review Consulting Ltd, the provider of reviews & training which use the trademarked SILP methodology. This methodology has been used in more than 200 reviews. I am a solutions focused mentor, who can help you to undertake reviews which incorporate the 3 ingredients of SILP™.
1. Engagement – spending time with family members, significant others & practitioners, creating the best conditions for all to feel open to learning & sharing.
2. Proportionality – creating greater efficiency of resource, usually in the form of reducing written outputs.
3. Strengths – prioritising learning from strong practice.
