Durham County Council
Durham County Council is looking for an independent reviewer to lead on a Domestic Abuse Related Death Review.
This victim of domestic abuse died by suicide, known wider case considerations including history of stalking and harassment (ex-partner), substance misuse, mental health concerns, child contact arrangements, dual allegations.
The requirement of the author and chair (combined role) is to undertake a Domestic Abuse Related Death Review (DARDR) in respect of a case meeting Section 9 of the Domestic Violence Crime Victims Act 2004, to commence as soon as possible but before the beginning of August 2025.
