A DHR for Safer Northumberland Partnership
An independent reviewer is sought for a Domestic Homicide Review.
The Case
An adult male died on the 14th February 2024 within the Northumberland Area.
This has been reviewed by the Safer Northumberland Partnership and the DHR process has been commissioned.
Key requirements of the review are:-
- To establish the fact that lead to the death on 14th February 2024, and whether there are any lessons to be learned from the case.
- Identify any lessons to be learned.
- Contribute to a better understanding of the nature of domestic abuse.
- Highlight good practice. ( This list is not exhaustive)
