A Domestic Abuse Related Death Review (previously DHR) for Dudley Community Safety Partnership
An independent reviewer is sought for a Domestic Abuse Related Death Review.
The Case
A male died by suicide and was found by his partner. There was no history of abuse with the current partner however there was a history of abuse with his ex partner. The male had made an allegation to the police 1 month before his death that his ex partner was stalking and harassing him.
