Kent Community Safety Partnership seeks an independent reviewer for a Domestic Homicide Review
The Kent Community Safety Partnership (KCSP) is commissioning a Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) / Domestic Abuse Related Death Review regarding the death of a male in his 60s. He appears to have been killed by his partner.
Needs specific to this review for addressing are regarding:
- Aggressive, violent behaviours and mental illness.
- Male victims of domestic abuse.
Cultural considerations – the perpetrator was Black African.
